Hand-dyed rye straw has been laid to form an asymmetrical pentagonal spiral in which the eye is drawn inward toward a receding center. This barely pink, blush-colored piece has a natural sheen and texture that gives it a shifting iridescent quality depending on the angle of light. Float-framed in walnut, 24 x 24in.
